Fast progress continues at Queens Place with Multiplex working on many fronts:
- Facade panels being installed to the podium and tower levels.
- Escalator installation to retail and commercial suites
- Basement services and preparation for fit-out works.
- Tower structure continues on program
- Lift cores continue on program
- Third Tower Crane Installed to accelerate the program
In the last month several tower levels have been completed. The retail, office and supermarket tenancies are having services installed and preparation for facades. Apartment amenity areas – gym, games rooms and private dining areas are having facades and services installed.
